I know sometimes I often do

The most amusing thing

But did I really do this one

At the keyboard, I was king.

My tummy did not feel too good

I had to take a little nap

It felt so comfy lying there

For sleeping here, I go a slap.

Miss Vina told me I did eat

The mouse that lay nearby

For now it's gone clear out of sight

Another one she'll have to buy.

I know I'm not so very smart

Not like my other feline friend

Miss Calico was taught really well

Time with her, I'll have to spend.

I really like my feline friend

I know just where we do belong

To watch and guard our Calico Meadows

We're King and Queen upon our "throng".
