There is a crazy woodpecker
That made his home with us
We see him come most every day
While Sitting on the porch we watch, Oh, Yes!
This red-head pecks at the barn
He does not know he can't eat that
The barn is made of metal and bricks
For this red-head, there's no wel-come mat.
Now our peaches are getting ripe
This red-head found his lunch to eat
Just samples every peach there is
For the peaches are "sooooooo" sweet.
What kind of name should we give him?
His real name, we know not
Maybe we could refer to him, as
"Our Crazy Woodpecker" astronaut!
